At Brick Harbor Management Co. LLC, we don’t just manage properties — we design experiences. Our mission is to use the magic of design to restore homes, regenerate neighborhoods, and create spaces where people and communities thrive with integrity and imagination.
Our Story:
Brick Harbor Co. began with a simple belief: good design is good for the mind.
What started with a few duplexes on Milwaukee’s north side has grown into a vision for entire neighborhoods. We’ve seen firsthand how thoughtful design can transform not only a property but also the lives of the people who call it home.
Our name reflects that vision: “Brick” represents strength, foundation, and permanence, while “Harbor” represents safety, growth, and community. Like all great visions we need to "Dream Big" but we also need to "Build Responsibly," That needs good "Management". Together, they capture who we are — a company rooted in design and committed to creating places that welcome and inspire.
